Our store is located in Southall Broadway, London, United Kingdom.

Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

5-7 days.

Varies based on location and size of parcel.

Do you restock out-of-stock items?

Fabrics are always restocked whereas ready made outfits depend on the collection.

How do I know if a product will fit me or work for my needs?

You can come in store for a trial, or enquire for a size guide.  

How do I track my order?

We will be emailing you the tracking order number once the items are shipped.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns on all products up to 14 days.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You will be able to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, email us. 

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can do so within 24 hours of the order being placed by emailing us.

Can I add a discount code to an existing order?
